Omnadren is a steroid that is a mixture of 4 Testosterones:

60-mg Testosterone Phenylpropionate
30-mg Testosterone Propionate
60-mg Testosterone Isohexanoate
100-mg Testosterone Hexanoate.

Omnadren is similar to Sustanon only in that they both contain four different
Testosterone esters. Reportedly they differ in effect. Both contain Testosterone Propionate and Testosterone Phenylpropionate. Sustanon contains Testosterone Iscoparoate and Testosterone Decanoate, while Omnadren contains Testosterone Isohexanoate and Testosterone Hexanoate. This gives Omnadren higher water retention rating and aromatization factor over Sustanon. (Ester type has an effect upon aromatization rates) Sustanon also remains active a couple days longer than Omnadren.

Omnadren is said to provide fast weight and strength build-up. This is mostly weight gain due to water retention from aromatization. This gives users a bloated appearance to the whole body.
